Qualifications and Requirements

  • Compassionate, dependable and respectful

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable transportation to assigned client locations

  • Ability to serve Orange, Seminole or Osceola County

  • Relevant companionship, homemaking or senior-support experience preferred

  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and families

  • Successful completion of required background screening and drug screening

  • CPR/First Aid or related certifications preferred, if applicable

Who We’re Looking For

We seek compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy supporting seniors and adults in their homes. Our companions and homemakers provide friendly companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, routine reminders, and assistance with everyday household activities.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to travel reliably throughout Orange, Seminole, or Osceola County. Selected candidates must satisfy all applicable background-screening and employment requirements before beginning work.
